Question about TSL patcher

Where do I unzip the compressed files to? I read the readme and it was all code so I had no idea where to put it.. I want to install some mods, but I have read that TSL patcher is the way to go, I just can't figure out where to install it to..

You only need to download that if you want to release your own mods with the TSL Patcher. If you are just trying to download a mod that uses the TSL Patcher, it should come with its own EXE file that you execute to install the mod.

So all I have to do is click the mod I want and it will place the mod in the appropriate file? I just have to click the exe file?

It depends on the mod, but in general, yes. The installer should contain further instructions.
