graphics card/driver

hey im having the same problem, my windows XP passed the tests except for the graphics card my XP wont tell me what graphics card i have and i tried to install openGL 1.4 but i guess i can't install it so i tried to update my driver but thats not working either any suggestions?

You are unable to update your driver, play your game, or both?

Because if you are struggling updating your driver, I suggest you contact your computer manufacturer and ask for instructions on the installation of the latest graphics driver for your version of Windows (XP).
