Mini Models?

My idea for a mod is as follows:

Someone who knows what they're doing could make a 6-inch tall version, hopefully by some sort of scaling, of a creature or person. They also make the long tables in the cantinas into placeables with a walkmesh on the tops.

Somebody else, probably me, could then script little fake mock-up battles taking place on the table tops. Something similar to the death star trench run game played be Jacen and Jaina Solo, Lowbacca, and ???(Dangit! I pick now of all times to forget her name!!! Is it something along the lines of Kirana Tey?) in the Young Jedi Knights Books.

I think it'd add a sense of realism to the atmosphere, and I could set it up to be somewhat random. An example would be entering the Telos Cantina and 6 Sith Soldiers fight 6 or so Republic Soldiers.

I don't know how you'd go about the character/creature models, but the placeable is possible. What do you guys think?
