Question Zee or Zed

A lollipop stick is round, and a popsicle stick is flat. I am a food expert, you know.

Next you're going to tell me cough drops are called 'throat sweets' or some damn silly thing like that...

don't get me started on that travesty that is Jelly and 'Jello'....

Jelly....the wobbly stuff you have with ice cream
Jam....the fruity stuff you spread on your toast
Jello....imaginary American nonsense

*Jello* is a stock made of boiled bones, the natural compounds within which form a thick gelatin after rendering. Add fruit flavors and sugar to your skeletal horror show, and it becomes a yummy treat for children.

Jello must be avoided, as it is icky.

No, that's JellY

You Americans and your insane tinkering with the English language.

If you just called Jam Jam, and not Jelly, you'd not have to call Jelly Jello.

Crazy people.

Funny, we had jelly in jars in Bangladesh that looked like jam to me but was actually slightly more jelly-like in consistency Never liked that stuff in the jars. Real jam and real jelly not in jars is great though.

Jarred jam, jelly and jello. Say that five times fast!

Well, here in the land of the free and the linguistically sensible, jam refers to the more fruity and loose consistency of a proper preserve, and jelly is the clearish, gelatinized fruit flavored crap fat women in trailer parks feed their offspring.

YouTube Video

To avoid all future confusion, we should refer to jello/jelly as 'flavored aspic.'

I don't know about you guys, but I'm using the American language.

English is what our ancestors spoke before being corrupted by the native Americans, Spanish and French. We also have Japanese words like habachi and katana, so...

If you keep swearing in Finnish, young human, Kris Kringle will not bring you gifts this Yule. He did go to Finland as Joulupukki, the Yule Buck, in pagan times, and continues to this day to use reindeer as befits his Lapland roots...

If by 'XP' you mean the Necronomicon, and by 'The Bot' you mean investing the undead soul of Steve McQueen in an internet based algorithm...

Then no.

Ever notice how XP looks like a smilie of someone with their eyes scrunched up, sticking their tongue out in disgust?

Well let's take a look at the potential killers here as far as you should be concerned... we've got one guy *cough* Zoom *cough cough* who doesn't always talk sense and has an abode filled to the brim with slicing weapons, we've got Huz who goes on about the Huz experience that no one here is even sure of what that comprises of, and we have DrMcCoy, who seems to simply hate you. So yes, it's possible.

Everyone else would make excellent victims
