jumping/walking off of walls

hrm in the trailer you obviously see kyle jump right off a wall now it looked easy, but how easy do you think it will be to perform this same with running on the wall

I wouldn't have though that it was difficult to pull off, probably just a matter of jumping and holding towards the wall. I wonder whether you'll be able to do it from the start or, more likely in my opinion, you'll have to wait until you have rekindled you knowledge of the force.

Yeah

We only wish we knew...

Actually, that Raven guy said he did it with a 6 key config... He also said that it was easy.

I wonder what happens if you jump from the wall like in the trailer but theres a wall on the other side closer by, can you wall jump from one wall to the other? lol

If the way it works in JK2 is anything like it worked in Heretic II, vaulting off of walls is relatively easy. It's a matter of jumping in the direction of the wall and then using the jump key and I believe, an arrow key to vault off of the wall in the opposite direction. I used to use this type of move to place myself behind opponents all the time in H2 bladematches.

The controls will be relatively easy. I doubt that Lucasarts (and Raven) want to do a game with hard control. Anway, the controls for JK2 will be a bit different from Jk1 cuz of the new features but the game will still be playable

wall jump

if you listen carefully to the trailer you can hear 'force jump' when kyle is jumping off the wall.
