Will JK2 include 2 CD-Roms?

I remember in the original JK, there were two discs. The first one was required for single player and installation, but only the 2nd disc was required for multiplayer...so you could led your friend borrow disc 2 and you could play each other without him having to buy the game. Will Jedi Outcast have that ability?

I sure hope there's 2 discs, although i ended up losing one of the discs letting my friend borrow it...that won't happen again though, i'd make sure of it. But it would be awesome if it worked the same way as the original JK.

We've discussed about this topic on an older thread. I think the conclusion was 1 disc only.

I guess it was some time ago. The reason of 1 CD only was because the cutscenes in JKII were compressed and built-in unlike JKI's movie quality cutscene.

It was confirmed a while back that JK2 is 1 cd.

Does this mean the game wont be long and nice? Nope.

All cut-scenes are done with ingame via q3 engine.

I like in game cut scenes, especially with the improvement of graphics nowadays. I remember the in game cut scenes of MotS, the graphics wern't really up to it and i much prefered the fmv of JK.

Theres a couple of prerendered scenes, and some are done right there and then by the in game engine itself...

but no FMV this time means less space needed

Yah.. shame about no FMV's. Quite liked the actress who played Jan Ors..

Now do we know for sure its only going to come on 1 cd or are we just speculating that it will. Either way I don't care as long as I get the game.

two CDs would have been nice, but they're not needed with ingame cutscenes. Although, a few prerendered cutscenes especially of spacecraft and the like would be nice.
