Angry Can't Install JK2

Ok so I go and buy the Collector's Edition....pop jk2 in my cd drive, autorun runs and I click on install
Install shield then says that ikernel.exe can't install cyclic redundancy error or something...... :\
also where the heck is the tech support?

it sheds light on a bigger problem between xp and jk2 but as for my specific problem...no thanks anyways

I was getting at that you may be getting the CRC error because your CD-ROM drive is having trouble reading the JK2 cd because of the copy protection scheme used. I've had alot of troubles with games that use copy protection.
