Hideout: how to get past the carts?!?!

Help!
I've read all Thread regarding the hideout-level, but nothing helped!
So: how do u get past the 2 carts? I mean I think I need to "remove" the one behind, so I can get in the tunnel or so... but how can I get to the "behind one"??

for the others having Probs:
Jump up the garbage press where no cart is, than run through it when the stamp is up, and from there u should be able to get along!
