Items like lamp or a statue

How do I get these items does any of them come with the program if so can you tell me in STEPS how to do this please. And if there is a site to get more please tell em too. Please give me steps.

assets

I know they exist in the assets0 file... I don't know if it's allowed for us to utilize these items, but I'd assume it would be ok if you aren't selling your map.

Extract the contents of the asset files into the /base directory.
Create a misc_model entity (methinks, cant remember for sure), when it asks for a model enter /models/bespin/statue.m3d for example.

You don't have to extract them. jk2radiant knows what you want just by typing the models/whatever/whathaveyou.m3d path.
