No there is no co-op mod. Just team ffa mode.

a co-op mod for JK2 would be great. it would be like diablo 2 or codename outbreak

Now this is another old thread, but there IS a coop mod for JA (see OJP.jediknight.net), and in theory the JK2 maps could be brought into it. It's got a long ways to go though... go to that forum and see!
