No one's allowed to post on the main forum. That was an unwritten rule. Until now.
The demo is available here for PC or Mac. The Mac demo has full voice acting, while the PC demo does not.

was there a playable demo for S&M... I only remember that watching only one that came with DotT and Fate of Atlantis...

I'm not sure where people obtained the playable demo before the use of the internet became popular. I can only remember the video demo from the samplers with the older games.
