Oh no! What console shall I get?

Another idea: rent the console and some games you're interested in, and see how you like it. Do the same with the other consoles, and for a few bucks, you can find one you like, rather than shelling out and realizing you should have bought a different one.

Yes, it' legal. They have been to court several times with Sony and has won every time!

Yeah, that's right!

And The Council screen is gone. The game has a new interface, which is pretty cool.

And Ki-Adi is unlocked by completing the training missions!

The main game I wanted for PS2 was Munch's Oddysee, but now the last four out of five games in the series (Munch was the second, Abe was the first) are being released on X-Box exclusively. That really pisses me off, so now I've cancelled my PS2 Pre-order, and am getting an X-Box when it comes out.

Oh yeah, I just read this while I was surfing around a bit. There was a guy who had a PS2 who didn't run any games, so he took it back to the store and got a replacement. And what did he find in his new PS2 when he wanted to put in a game???? A king sized cockroagh was sitting there happily. Once the critter was removed the PS2 worked just fine.(the tells quite a bit about where those PS2 are made)

Dave, if you are there could you please advise me what to do. I don't want to get an X-Box just for Munch but a Dreamcast sure looks nice. Should I cancell by subscription?Ater all, the new version of JPB looks good and they will be releasing Super Bombad Racing.

Nope, I posted this after I got back.

I have always loved the Oddworld series. Abe's Exoddus is much better than Abe's Oddysee' it was weird to have such a dark sense of humour in a game, and after the first OWI took more risks. Plus you can save anywhere, and it's a much bigger game.

I saw some movies for Munch and thought it looked great. It was weird to see Abe in 3D, butr after a few explainations it seemed like a good idea. But now, as I have cancelled my pre-order, there is no turning back.

Dreamcast has a lot of games that are being released on PS2: Unreal Tournement, a new version of Half Life with better graphics and a new campain, and of course, Super Bombad Racing, Plus the new JPB, while not nearly as good as it could have been, is well worth getting if you don't own the PSX version.

And why are everybody so negative towards the X-Box? Ok, I maybe can see why you are worried about bugs, but have you ever seen a console with bugs? I certainly haven't, and I've played a lot of consoles; NES, SNES, Megadrive, PSX, DC, N64 even P$2... None of them has bugs I've discovered!

Look at the games Microsoft has! Age of Empires, Crimson Skies, Mechwarrior, Midtown Madness... If these games are a hint at what we might see on the X-Box, I'll buy one the day it comes out!

X-Box looks excellent in my opinion. It will be better than the P$2 in every aspect, from hardware to DVD playback to internet! Now what is wrong with that? I'm not sure about Gamecube yet...

Well, that's my opinion anyway. And I won't accept any answer saying, 'Microsoft sucks'!

Oh, and as long as we're talking DC games, check out Shenmue!

And Demolition is coming for DC as well!
