Is there a easy way to make a solid circle shape like a solid o.

well the way i would do it is have 4 beval textuers what makes a O and then cap each one
how i would do it

I don't quite get what your asking--but you can always make a brush with the arbitrary side of 20--50

And there is always capped cylinders--

--and....

Ok--wait you said O,s

there are thickened patch meshes--and using 4 bevels....
