My Eyes Hurt & They are Bleeding!

I have been playing a lot of Mysteries of the Sith multiplayer online recently. It is a terrible strain on my eyes to read the very tiny Text / Taunt messages that people can send during the game. Seems kinda ridiculous that JK/MotS has such a tiny message font feature while other games use larger readable message systems. Is there a way to increase the Font size of sending the messages? Or has someone ever made a program to fix this? I am playing MotS in 800 x 600 resolution / Diamond Viper V770 TNT 2 Ultra.
