Sam & Max Freelance Police Special on eBay
Just thought I'd let you fine people know about the Sam & Max comic being auctioned off at eBay.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2113593312
And why would I let you know about it instead of grabbing it for myself? Cause I just bought my own yesterday (Two S&M comics up for bid in as many days. Pretty danged exciting)!

Look at you two stupid middle school ****s, bragging on a forum about how much money your parents gave you!
And if you have $500 in the bank, then quit ****ing complaining about having to spend $30!

sam&maxballa629, you actually find Surfin the Highway? That's better luck than I've had. Tell me where since I have a job that pays me, thus allowing me to throw money away on such trivial pleasures. Plus the Little Prick in the White House wants me to spend, spend, spend to thwart terrorism.

Pocket full of lent? Be careful how you handle that, otherwise you'll have to give up Sam & Max for 40 days.
Or was that a clever way of saying you have friends who are always short on money?

I like Bone, too. Since this is "The Comics" (yes, I know that is supposed to mean Sam&Max) section, I'll go ahead and recommend something: Leviathan. It was recommended to me recently through a correspondence w/ Dave Grossman. He said it was funny. He was right. Check it out at: www.leviathan.co.uk

I wish this book wasn't so rare. I hate owning rare hard-to-replace items.

If only they were so plentiful we thought nothing of tearing a page out to blow our nose on, or to protect the floor around the litter box.
*ponders plunging his proboscis in the pages of Purcell*
But rarity does suck when you're one of those people who actually likes to own things for the sake of using them.

Curse my bad luck!
Well a couple months ago I acctually happened to win Surfin' the Highway in an auction for about $26, which was awesome. Soon after I received my order only to find that my order had gotten mixed up. After much discourse with the seller it's become evident I am never going to get my copy. And what really sucks is there are two copies of Surfin' the Highway on eBay now, but after "winning" it for $26 I'm too cheap to spend $40+ on it. Curses!
P.S. I promise one day when I have more free time I'll come here for other reasons than venting about the lack of supply of a certain comics collection.
