HELP Jumping Nar shadaa

Help...I am having a real problem jumping. I am at jump level 2 on Nar Shadaa & can't get any kind of good jump. There is probably a very simple answer that I don't have. What is the differance between Force Jump & regular jumping. Please help..I am stuck at the trash smasher & need to jump over it. THANKS!!!

If you use the normal jump button you use the force, also you jump with the force so high as without the force

You have to keep the jump button pressed to forcejump.

thanks alot people!!! I ended up force jumping off the side wall & then over the top of the crusher.
