Trouble in Babylon

Stuck in the part of Babylon with the underwater caves. I've found 2 treasures in those caves, but no key for the locked door. There appear to be 2 levels to these underwater caves, no key in either of them!

Where is this key? Any help here is appreciated.

I don't think there is a key down there. There is a way to keep going though. It is a maze and you are just going to have to find your way through it.

You will know you are getting close when you see a long tunnel that the textures change as you swim down it.
