I'd say Darth Maul - Dooku is undisputedly one of the greatest users of Makashi ever, but Maul is simply too ferocious for it to work.

Yeah but l wonder l known that Dooku uses force to lightning for a strong attack but your right abaut Darth Maul he is too ferocious.

We don't know that for sure, and if someone does, they have been into it more than i have, but as far as his appearances in the movies and the show, he hasn't used it. He might be able to, but just hasn't.

Darth Maul was able to pull a Eta class Shuttle off a hill and force it to the ground, and was able to shrug off a barrage of force lighting plus was able to choke a falleen without even facing him.
i think Maul should be able to win.
