Do you have pakscape? If you do, open up just about any other third-party map's .pk3 file and look at the directory structure. You could even change out the files from that map's .pk3 file with your own map's files, then do a "save as..." from pakscape to make your own .pk3 file. I believe there is a link to pakscape from richdiesal's tutorial page...
