Character builder download?

Maybe those awsome devs can somehow let us ALL download just the character creation module. That would give us all some time to create before the launch......And allow us to develope our characters a little bit deeper.

I know it would take too much additional code but still.

People used to ask this question a lot, but we've all given up on the idea. It's do-able, but it would take time away from the development, so they're not going to do it. Don't worry, the game is only a couple months away (hopefully); you can make your real character soon.

I'll be creating my character for maybe 2 hours, just to get him right. Plus I hope they have premade tatoos for zabrak, which they most likely will have.

All the Zabrak tattoos are pre-made. If they weren't, people would be drawing not so nice stuff on their characters faces. From what I've seen in movies, there's a google of different tattoos, so chances are you can get your character the way you want him/her. The only limitations are how many you have. You can't be fully tattooed like Darth Maul.

You know what'd be fun? Face paint! You could go to a carnival at a spaceport and get someone (artisan type) to paint stuff on your face! You could have bunnies, rainbows, leprechauns, and... MANGLED BODY-LESS HANDS DRIPPING BLOOD AND DRAGGING... Yeah...

i wouldn't like that.............i would get really into creating my char and then when i got done i would be mad cause i can't go further.....i.e play the game

When the game launches I think I will spend hours upon hours customizing my character as well, I mean c'mon, slider bars!

Contrary to what everybody is saying, I don't think I'll spend hours making my character, and honestly I don't think you all will either. You may say you will but I mean c'mon. Once I get that close to playing the game, I won't be able to wait another TWO HOURS to start playing. I'll try to take my time in creating my character, but thinking about it realistically, I'll hardly be able to contain myself from just hitting "random" and zooming strait into this awsome game.

Can you change the appearence of your character after the character builder stage? How much power will Image designers have of this? Do you think a master image designer can do just about anything?

I think they've said that Image Designers can do everything possible in character creation. I want to know if my Zabrak can get more tattoos.

I remember the devs saying that image designers can change a characters appearance. Depending on how good the image designer is depends on how long it will last, a novice image designer will makes someones new image last...erm...I dunno, but not that long, whereas a expert image designer will make the new image last for-ev-er.

No, sorry. Darth Maul did it because he was so dedicated to the Sith order. Players can only have "1" tattoo on their face.

Jack's right. The devs said it a bunch of times because there was the whole Darth Maul rave about having his tatoos in the game...I mean c'mon, we can't have thousands of Darth Maul imposters running around.

That's a Zabrak with dark skin, and a green tattoo. As far as body tattoos, I'm not sure if you can do it, I only know that you can only have "1" on your face.
