Hmm...I think you might mean textures and such. If that's the case, create a folder called textures and put it in your game data folder. Now make a new folder in your textures folder and name it whatever your map is named. Put your jpegs in there. When you compile your map, it'll do the work for you. Now when you go to package it, make sure you package the textures folder as well. Please note that this will only work if you want the jpegs and such to be textures...
