Small question

You know the 3 bars everyone has... red,green and blue... well mine are growing well at lease the red and green one are but as they get longer they dont actually fill up there is just extra black space there and no color does this mean i need too be healed? or what? can someone please shed some light on this subject for a newbie

Anyway, yes, the black part represent wounds you have, which cannot regain health into it.
In order to heal those wounds, the quickest way is to see a doctor (obviuosly), but it can also be the most expensive one.
The other way I know of is to stay within an encampment (set up by a player) and wait for it to naturally heal itself, although this takes much longer.
