Hello, I Have Gotten Pass The First UnderCity Guard That Guarded The Elevator. Now Ive Gone Through Undercity And Theres Another Guard, Guarding A Second Door Near The Turrents. I Have No Clue What My Next Step Should Be Please Help Me, Either Get Past Him Or Move On

You'll need the secuirty papers to get by this and all subsequent guards.

Go talk to the Hidden Bek leader in the Hidden Bek base. He'll give 'em to ya.

You get the papers by talking to the leader of the Hidden Bek base which is in the lower city.

You have to go to the lower city and get into the Hidden Bek base by whatever you see fit. Then go talk to Gandon he will ask you to trade the Sith uniform for the security papers then you go show them to the guard at the elevator and he will let you down
