Level 4 how to move the block??!!

Am in the ice cave and have run up the slope and moved the block back one time, now i cant get behind the block or shall i take another way now?
I cant move the block any more anyway.
If i shall go another way, were?
I really need someones help.

After moving the block just turn 180 degrees, there you'll find the other way back down. The block must be moved as you did, else it will be in the way afterwards.
