okay, the best way to kill a squint is to pause your craft anbd let it go ahead, then blast it with your laser or torps/missiles

use in cockpit mode, trust me, it looks a lot better, takes a little getting used to if you're used to the chase view but once u get used to it u'll find it's much better with dogfighting.
