Price tried to move his arm, but it didn't respond. He couldn't move anything, and was bleeding badly.
Vader's wife was very pregnant when she died 19 years ago. All of a sudden a 19 year old who is very strong in the force and has a distinct resembalance to him in his younger days rolls in from Vader's home planet with his old Master Obi-Wan (Who was the ONLY other person preset at the time his wife died. And to boot, the kid's last name is Skywalker.
So in answer to your question, he knew Luke was his son because his name is Darth Vader, and not Darth Retard.

Dr. Franklin, a expert on Russian Weapons is with you to defuse the bomb. Make sure he live at all costs!!
1-Protect Dr. Franklin
2-The Iraqis looked down the front gate so you will have to get there throught the sewers on the other side of the level.
3-Do not get detected. The night cover should give you cover.
(Tactical Help)
Night Vision Goggles well help you see well at night. These can help you see enemys while at night.
Do not make almost to any noise. If you do, the Iraqis well be alerted!
*Chopers drop us off*
Bradley- Alright lets lock and load. Get your goggles on!

"Goggles operational" Hartley said and started to run silently in the sewers.
"Were going ahead to check the sewers... Everyone, silented pistols as primary weapons..." Hartley said and started to run ahead of the others with his squad. Soon they came to a crossing place.
Hartley: "Johnston, stay here and show the others where we went... Be careful in here..."
Johnston: "Yes sir..."
Then everyone except Johnston went in one of the sewer pipes that was in the crossing place.
