What's the best way to avoid missiles?

How is it possible NOT to get hit by a missile in Moff Seerdon's Revenge?

I know it'd be VERY hard to complete the level in a snowspeeder on ace difficulty, with, say, no advanced shields...

Are you kidding? Use the A-Wing. I've done it many times w/out getting hit ONCE by a missile. Takes a while tho.

If you're in a fast fighter like the A-Wing or the N-1 You won't have a problem... just go as fast as you can. With the X-Wing you should close your S-Foils and go as fast as you can. With slow crafts you should stick close to the ground or walls...

Oh, yeah. I forgot that the A-Wing has that stealth thing that messes with the missile tracking system of missile turrets.

I like shooting while weaving left to write to avoid missiles.

ya, or if you're playing in Escape From Fest, you could simply go beneath the at-at, and have the missile slam into it. I like doing that.
