Skiffs in FFA without mod or cheats?

Im sorry if this has been answered everyone, but Ive been looking for the past 30 minutes, and even tried to use search but it appears my computer wants to be a pain again. Anyways, is it possible to have skiffs/speeders in mp ffa levels without the use of mods or cheats, and I just be able to place them in there? Once again sorry if this has already been asked.

Yeah, just put them into your map That *should* work. If you want to spawn them, then you need cheats.

Or.....you can use the NPC_spawner entity and put them in that way by making them a custom NPC. That way no need to use cheats.
