easy skinning

i just want 2 simple skins of people wearing suits, similar to the agents in the matrix. they can be based on a premade model, such as luke. all i want apart from this is these peoples faces and hair on the models. i will send pictures if someone accepts.

finally, if anybody has the time, can you do 2 of each, one with and one without shades?
