Saber Settings For Dedicated JA server

I currently use the following Saber settings on my dedicated Server (DarkMatter- Public 1)

My goal is to increase the effectiveness of blocking and increase the damage dealt by sabers as well as the force behind the swings. This is intended to make sabers more realistic (as can be expected).

g_saberdamagescale 2
g_sabertracesaberfirst 3 ( anyone know what the range is for this cvar)
g_saberdmgvelocityscale 2
g_saberLocking 1 ( can you set this to a higher value to increase the liklihood of saberlocks?)
g_saberlockfactor 9 (doesn't seem to do much)

Settings that i have no idea what the values should be are :
g_saberlockrandomness (any value results in a saberlock everytime you hit someone)
g_debugsaberlocks (not a good idea to turn this on, unless all you want is saberlocks)

Saberlocks never happen despite saberlocks being enabled, If I mess with the saber lock randomness all i get are saber locks there seems to be no middle ground .
I am wondering what other server admins are running for saber settings.

I would also like some feedback on making saber settings more realistic.

Thanks ,
