Cool Guy Displaying FPS (Frames Per Second)

I'm pretty sure this has been covered before, but I am unable to find it. How do you Display the Frames Per Second (FPS) on your screen while you are playing. I have seen this in a few screenshots on here. Thanks in advance.

addition: 1 is for displaying it top right corner
2 is for displaying it bottem right (at least i think so)
3: bottem left
4: top left
0 disable
