You can make it face the next waypoint with the spawnflag, but that's all that's possible without scripting.

Do you mean it can face each waypoint as it comes to them? I wasn't aware this was possible...

If a func_train ends up at waypoint 1, it will face to waypoint 2, etcetera.

A func_train is, I believe, a moving platform. An r2d2 made from one would not be controllable by the player, and you have revived a two year old thread just to ask that?

*just using the upportunity because this thread is here anyway now*
how do you make a func_train face a different direction? if i put a angle in the path_corners, that doesn't work..
what spawnflag do you need to turn on?
does it matter i use GTKradiant?(1.4.0)

Set spawnflag 1 on the path_corner, and the train will face the next corner on the path. It won't face the angle of the path_corner however.

i don't see a spawnflag in on the path_corner ( see here)
but i'll try it by adding it as key and value..
edit:
i added spawnflags 1 to all the path_corner's but it doesn't work...
also tried spawnflag 1 to all the path_corner's but it doesn't work...

You canīt do that in jedioutcast multiplayer, but in single you can.
I tried everything and it cannot be done with the editor you need a script, i donīt know if you can put scripts in multiplayer.
