Not officially, but I seem to remember ebay having a bootleg one up a few months ago. You can still get most of them on VHS though.

Yes, on eBay, there were DVDs on auction, and I have one of them!

It's obviously homemade by some Sam and Max fan who put the three tapes and the missing episodes on DVD.

It has "The Y Files," "All Creatures Great and Small," "Come Fly with Me," and the following missing episodes: "The Friend for Life," "A Glitch in Time," "Max Hand Puppet" short, "Vice Squad" short, "Fools Die on Friday," and "The Final Episode." It's still missing about four episodes like the Christmas episode, though...
