I am stuck on 10. I click all the oks, but WTF does it mean by "Navigating to the directory, "c:\Borland\bcc55\bin""? And how do I do it? Any help would really be aprecieated.

err..
navigating to the directory means
change to the directory, which actually will be done with steps 11 - 13
you could also simply type "cd c:\Borland\bcc55\bin" at the command line..
and like BCanr2d2 said, the environment variable "PATH" mustnt end with a ";" so you should remove it anyways..
*sigh*
good ol' times
