root.xsi 3ds max 6

if moddeled sabers for a while know and god kinda bored of it. So i got 3ds max 6, but know my problem: to import the skeleton you'll need root.xsi (or what was it called). I put it at the plugins then 3ds max says this plugin is only for older versions.

So does anyone know where i might get my hands on a root.xsi for 3ds max 6 or where to download 3ds max 4 these days.

I wouldn't mention downloading anything of that nature, especially here. And as far as I know Max 6 doesn't have any plugins written for it for glm/xsi/md3

So its all just a waiting game.
