Hydroball JKA question

Hi, i am trying to make a map for the mod but i have 1 problem and i don't know what to do. i do the water by putting the the caulk_nonsolid and then i use the shader bespin/water1(tried with bespin/water2 , same result) in the top and bottom of it. but the problem is that the water is a florescent blue and i want it to be like in the default map of hydroball. how do i do it?
edit: i know now that i must use the shaders of the mod, but how do i do it? i don't know what do i have to load..

I might be wrong, but don't you need to have the textures PK3's so that Radiant reads them in on load-up?
