Question Texturing Models

hey all, i searched the forums and everywhere, nothing turned up. a ton of my default models are showing up in my game as the checkered caulk texture and i want them to look like they do when i play a level that came with the ja game. (and if possible id like to texture them with textures i have made). can someoen tell me how to do this?

You gotta create ".skin" files and or ".surf" files to point to your skin.

Check out the modeling tutorial .
Im sure
http://www.jediknight.net/
would have it in there files section.
