Ginger ale, cream soda, or root beer.
The more advertising for a particular brand of beverage I see, the less inclined I am to drink it. And I try to stay away from caffiene for health reasons.
And as for "Crystal Pepsi"... way too many bad associations.
That was when Van Halen sold out, and I will never forgive them for it. Let Britney and her super-boobs pitch fizzy syrup drinks... I had no respect for her anyway.

I see your point, but...
I'm a musician, so I tend to be more sensitive to these types of things. Using a song or an artist that has a stong personal connection for me to pitch a product or a company that I don't like or believe in tends to produce a somewhat negative reaction when hearing that same song or artist in a different situation. And a highly negative reacion to that product.
I understand the money that gets thrown around in these types of situations, and faced with that decision myself I just might take the money.
I don't have any kind of official personal boycott against products that use big-budget promotions, but I do tend to support the smaller companies that don't advertise in that way. It's mostly an unconscious process. Faced with a choice, I will almost always go with smaller or local companies.
But then, I really don't drink that much soda anymore anyway. Fruit juice is better for you. And if I REALLY need a caffeine fix, I drink tea.

Wait, I'm confused, was it the monkey or the old lady who came up with this idea? And why haven't they been shot for it?

well, they called me up one saturday and told me they needed to have someone shot. So i was all like "ok, sure, whatever" and i got in the car and drove to the old lady's house, but right when I got out, i realized i had left the bullets in the back seat. But it turns out i had left my keys in the car. So here i am in front of this old lady's house with a gun that has no bullets, and i didn't wanna call anyone because I didn't want to be caught with shotgun shells in my back seat. So i said "to hell with this" and just went in and cracked the old lady over the back of her skull with the butt of my gun. The goddamn ***** bit me in the leg! So naturally i got the hell out of there. And i had bust my car window to get away before she called the cops!
Life is so cruel.

That's a pity.
Now you'll have to drink your Crystal Pepsi through a straw.
I have a bendy one.
