Cool Guy WIP: Spider-Man

Well I didn't know what to model, and then I read the request forum and someone requested Spider-man. There are alot of Spider-Man sins out there but no real models showing muscle and stuff. So I wipped one up, if someone can rig it for me itll be good to go, clean simple mesh shouldn't take very long. Then I can skin it with the many Spider-Man costumes.

Note the excenuated muscles, pecs, abds and otehr stuff.... and if you found that remark kinda queer please ignore.

2534 Ploys, I had to do him twice cuz I didn't save him, forgot and started to make a venom of his mesh then I lost venom and him so meh oh well hes good now and better lookin this time round, gave him extrusions for the eyes this time too.

Yeah, I'm the one who requested the model and I wish I could help with making it work but, all I can do is say great job and I hope some one will rig it.

Did the simlpest skin first but I like the costume:

And if you are a modeler reading this it would really help me if you could rig this. The caps are in place, the mesh is neat and optimised, no unecissary polys and its a small size. Please I beg of you!

no offense intended here, but this is not very good and not to mention this exact same thing has already been done. If anythinge the model to reskin is the grayfox model, it works as a generic super hero model.

that Spider-Man model looks really bad. The head looks.... wrong.

The dark side rules! The light side sucks.

It's preferable by far to reskinning the Grayfox model though because if I remember correctly Grayfox has no muscle definition what so ever.

I also like the model.

Looks like a combo of the shadowtrooper head with the cultist legs/torso.

but Grayfox was skinnmapped weird, and when you try to do the webbing allother his suit it gets messy ; P

but there's muscles, but you could do muscles with the skin.

there's the symboite grayfox I did for the grayfox 2 model thing. (I hope the project didn't die >.>)

anyway, I colored everything pitch black and used dark blueish/purple to make muscle defination, the picture's dark though so you can't tell very well = /

Do you know if there is a standard Spider-Man skin for Greyfox 2?

I was working on a regular spidey, butthe model's skin mapped weird and it warps the webbing.

I might still work with it though, might just be the head.

You could also do the webless version like in the Playstation game by Neversoft.

Yeah, while truthfully Neversoft only did the webless version because the PS1 had difficulty doing the full webbing but, it could still be cool but, I think that the Spider-Man model with full webbing would be coolest.
