You have to look completely to the left of the screen when the ship carrying Padme and Anakin arrives on Naboo. The ship is not the Millenium Falcon, but looks like it. And I guess you need to have the widescreen version to see it, otherwise it would be cut off the screen.

Isn't it the Outrider?

I know that appears at the end of ROTJ special edition during the Tatooine celebrations as well.

So it might also look like the Outrider, but I doubt it is.

in other words its a corellian yt-#### model. if i remember correctly the falcon was a modified (heavily) 1300 and the outrider was a modified 2400. probably not either of those two specific ships though.

Maybe it is the 4000-year-old Ebon Hawk

the ebon hawk is a 24 meter long modified light frieghter of unknown design.

it was designed (not in the sw universe but by the game designers) to be remeniscent of the millenium falcon. i wouldnt be surprised to find out that correllia wasnt a very important planet back then so im guessing its not a correllian model.

Millennium Falcon cameo
Lucas himself sneaked in Han Solo's famous Millennium Falcon just to the left of the screen on the ground when Anakin and Padmé dock on her home planet of Naboo. "It was a subtle homage," the director says. When Anakin and Padmé arrive on Naboo, you'll spot three Millennium Falcons in the background and at the docking station. (AZ Republic, USA Today)

That's what I think... looks like it was sent by a random user too. Besides, I watched closely during this part, each time i watched the movie and never saw it. So if it's there it's pretty hard to see, therefore making it even harder to recognize if it's the falcon or not... so I doubt it is.

I second that, but if anyone can post a [non-photoshopped] screen showing where it is, we can close this thread and end the speculation.

Do you have the widescreen or fullscreen version of the film? Because The ships are indeed there, though they probably aren't THE millenium Falcon, they're the same ship style.

well... I think I got it... I found a picture of the scene and I marked where they are... Like I thought, they're pretty small

Now... if anyone can find the X-Wing and Tie Fighter as well as the '1138' I'll give him a cookie.

I'm not sure where in Ep2 "1138" pops up, but here's a link where it's found in Ep1:

Can't you also see the USS Enterprise during this chase?

I'm pretty sure i've seen it in the Coruscant traffic somewhere

here, I got a better picture of the millinium falcon(s)

and here are the tie-fighters chasing an x-wing:

yes, they are there, it incredibly small though, this is in the bottom left hand of the screen, it takes up about 1/8 of the screen

and take a good look at these now, I don't know how long they will be up

looks like I just missed them

I did find this out afterwards though, but I was too lazy to update or post a picyure... so, kudos to you.

I also found a shaak during the clone war sequence at the end of AotC, It's rather hard to see, but it's pretty funny. I'm still looking for the shaak in the asteroid field (it apparently appears to the lower right of the 2nd sonic chage explosion) and the 1138.

As for the tie fighters ans X-wing, I have seen this picture before, but I could never see where it fits in the chase...

well, right after zams speeder corkscrews and heads straight down, it has a shot of the jedi's speeder following it down, as soon as it comes into the picture from the top, its there

Well, I just watched the sequence again... and I saw it this time, but it's really hard to see on my 20' TV. I would never have found it it you didn't show me, the ships hardly look like tie fighters, more like dots...

IIRC, I read some where that it's on the back of 1 of the clones helmets that shows up at the end of the Yoda duel. In the little light they have on the top, on the back of their helmets, I think. I may have seen it at TF.net, or maybe it was episode-x.com.
I'll try & dig up a link......
