Manny and Velasco's poem

I have a distant memory of hearing Manny and Velasco read a poem in the game. No matter how I try I can't find it again and I am getting really frustrated.

So, how do I get these two say the poem?

At the dock in year 2, go down toward the dark end and look at the moon. I think that's it anyway. Something involving the moon.

I've tried that, but Manny says that he doesn't have the right equipment or something. Do I need an item?

You have tro press "s" for a detailed answer

And they say something like this ->

It shone, pale as bone,
As I stood there alone.
And I thought to myself how the moon,
That night, cast its light
On my heart's true delight,
And the reef where her body was strewn.

should work, cioa
