CD getting old

My Rogue S. CD is becoming badly scratched from heavy usage. I tried downloading the whole CD on the hard drive and installing the game from there but no luck. The game still asks me to insert the CD in the drive.

Is there a way to get the game to install and work from the hard drive instead of the CD?
