Today was my birthday. I received the greatest gift I have ever had. My brother in law, and my sister bought a house, and they are selling they're condo to me. I have loved that place ever since they bought it two years ago. I will post pics as soon as I get some. I am still in shock...

Boba Rhett has once again inspired me with his awesomeness. Now that I have a condo with an unfinished basement, I want to build a "man-room" in my basement, only with a Star Wars theme!!!

Great fun so far, online is hella fun. ^^

http://wii.nintendo.co.uk/23644.html

Super Metroid from the Wii Virtual Console. Still one of my favourite games.

A bit slow to join the party I know, but got it cheap from Play.com. Not sure whether I like it yet or not.

Fer the love of god don't rush it. There are basically two types of people who play this game: Those who rush from mission to mission and lose all the fun in the game. And those who wonder around, exploring, killing, and climbing, and doing investigations as they come by; having the most fun.

I lurvs this game... I lurvs it. Skate and Assassin's Creed and Rock Band, my favorite games of 2007.

Airsoft M14
Specs
Material: AL6061/Magnesium/Nylon/Fiber/Steel/Zine/Plastic
Length: 1120mm
Weight: 3800g
Muzzle Velocity: 90-100m/sec with a 0.2g BB
Motor: 25000 rpm Hi-torque
Spring Guide: Original
Magazine: 470 Rounds

It cost me $278 with tax. It's a real M14 that was gutted and refitted for Airsoft. I plan on kicking so much ass with this.

The War Store is where I got it from. It's a local shop thats about 5 minutes away from my house.

That is exactly how I have been playing it so far, but it just hasn't grabbed me yet.

Speaking of very good things, Season 4 of my favourite ever TV show Battlestar Galactica starts on Tuesday and I CAN'T FRAKING WAIT!

I'm betting five dollars that the surprise twist in the finale is that everyone is a cylon and the last ten minutes of the series is a Thriller reenactment.

Just pre-ordered:

and

... soooo looking forward to these. ^^

Took me a good while to actually find somewhere to pre-order wii fit, it has sold out nearly everywhere already. Play.com sold out within a day!. Madness. Finally managed to find it at Gamestation. Never used them before, so fingers crossed.

Blarg, I gotta get around to pre-ordering that soon.

Got this for $20 at Costco

Yeah, I know I probably could have gotten it used for under $15 at Gamestop or something. But I've put about two hours into it. I the graphics and style are sorta off and stuff, really cheesy. But it plays pretty great and technically looks pretty nice. Kinda-sorta like Zelda and Mario Sunshine in a way. If you've got nothing else new to play (like me at the time) I'd recommend this a go.

Well I did finally get into it, and finished Assassin's Creed last night, and I gotta say it's one hell of a game once you get into the flow. Now I just need to make sense of that conference room email...

Yeah it's pretty good until you get to the ending and NOTHING IS EXPLAINED, they just sort of ended it and left it open for a sequel.

I was pissed. >:(

Yeah they left it much like an episode of Lost with a whole load of unanswered questions. Very annoying indeed, but at the same time very clever because it ensures sales of Assassin's Creed 2. I know I'll definately be buying it.

I'm sure there is a forum somewhere with people debating and figuring out the meanings of all the vision codes and emails, but I refuse to cheat. Much more fun to torture myself.

I haven't gotten to the conference room yet. I didn't even know about it until after my second play-though. After wondering what it was, I just now found a guide on GameFAQs, really interesting stuff here. I'm guessing there will be an Assassin's Creed series spreading to different ancestors, locations, and centuries. Probably some real time stuff, too. Like medieval Splinter Cell.

I has been rumored for a while that Assassin's Creed was always meant to be a trilogy. I think the way they decided to tell the story is, in my opinion a good hint that they might visit other times and places with the sequels.

Well, being the decal junkie I am, I ordered a decal set for my PSP. My 4th console to get a decal set, my XBOX, DS Lite, 360, and now my PSP.

And I got a cheap P90 airsoft gun, which should arrive tomorrow, but I'm going on a school trip and will be gone till friday, but it should be pretty great.

Also, anyone see that there is a new section in the User Profile CP? Asks your height in centimeters, which of course I put in 200. :V

Got this through the door at the weekend. I know the alternative ending has been around on the net for ages, but I refrained from spoiling it for myself, and I gotta say it was worth the wait. Not sure which ending I prefer. I love this film.

I thoroughly enjoyed that movie. A lot of my friends were disappointed though... I'm not really sure why.

In other news:

Hanns·G HG-216DPB Black 21.6" 5ms HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor.

I love it.

I enjoyed the movie, but it was really just I, Robot with vampire zombies. The substance behind the original story was lost entirely when it was converted to a zombie shoot-em-up, just as I, Robot was a robot shoot-em-up with the same sort of shallow feeling.

Then again, the zombies could just be a subplot - a point of conflict, if you will - to the main story of the film: the strength of the bond between a man and his dog. Seriously, the movie made me want to cut all the scenes featuring the interspecies duo and change it into a movie I dub When a Man Loves a Dog, ala The Shining.
