Mine would have to be Revan and Bastila. Revan cause he just plain rules and Bastila because she's cool! I don't care what anyone else says they rule KotOR! (Please don't take that personally).

You forgot Jolee Bindo, he is one of my favorites because he's so darned cranky!
HK is also my favorite because he hates them 'meatbags.'
Bastila is also another favorite because she is a really nice set of pixels.
Mission is another of my favorites, because I give her a Jedi class on Dantooine, she makes a killer Jedi.
Canderous is another of my favorites, he's so darned bloodthirsty.
And lastly, my Revan is also my favorite because she too is a really nice set of pixels!
