Flood Control. Grrrrr.

Can we please change the flood control from 60 seconds to 30 seconds. It would still not let people post two in a row on the same topic by "double-clicking," but it would let people not have to sit there and wait for the flood control to stop in order to post in an entirely different topic. Plus, GOOGLEBOY is gone now, and his bro says that he won't be back.
