I'd say yes until TSL ships to ALL platforms.
Though I've been extremely addicted to Call of Duty again.

No, Warcraft 2 and Maplestory are da best games EVAR!
Maplestory is a 2d, sidescrolling, but is still an awesome game!
WArcraft 2 relys mostly on strategy and is very fun!
But, KOTOR would be 4 or 5 on my list.

I play bothbut recently the new patch for Maplestory made me have to re-register and I havent got the verifacation e-mail. And I have over 60 wins on Warcraft and I am in a clan.
I like KOTOR still though.

KotOR and MI2 are at odds with me, but I think KotOR pulls out, but jut barely. MI2 was awesome (an when you think about it, its a lot like KotOR).

*pauses half-life 2 long enough to check the threads after work*
nope, half-life 2 pwns kotor. not to say that kotor isn't good, its just that half-life 2 is better than kotor.
this, coming from someone that has always hated rpg's and loved fps's. you do the math.
*gets back on half-life 2*

KOTOR is on top of my favorite games alongside Star Craft. Following them are SWGB, World of WarCraft, Call of Duty, Tie Fighter and BF1942.
Yeah I do play all kinds of games

Well I might as well jump in with my all time favorites...
PC: Total Annihilation (Best RTS Ever), KOTOR, Starcraft, Doom, Doom II, Quake III, Dungeon Keeper (Classic), Dungeon Keeper II, Diablo II (Mindless point and click has its place), X-Wing, Tie Fighter, X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter, and Warcraft III to name a few.
KOTOR:TSL will be on this list I'm sure... come Febuary that is.

KOTOR Is Good and addictive but not my favourite game ever.
Game 1: Halo 2 (Its my own opinion plus xboxlive is god when you you play this game)
Game 2: Half-Life (Havnt played the second one)
Game 3: KOTOR
Game 4: Diablo 2 LOD (That game is addictive and good)
Game 5: Ninja Gaiden (I was too good at it and the graphics were amazing)

KOTOR is very good, up there with old Jedi Outcast. In my imagination, TSK will be even greater, but of course I thoguht the same thing about Jedi Academy [/shudder]. Still, I have an active imagination and three months until I even see TSL, so I suspect my imagination will blow away anything actually in the game. If I go spoiler-free, which I didn't for KOTOR.

Well, I can't honestly think of a game I've played again and again like I did with KOTOR. So yes, I'll have to say so far, it has been the best game I have played.
However, this will could change once I play Knights 2 in February or whenever those....nice folks allow us pc'ers to get a copy.

It depends, all around Half Life 2 beats the crap out of everything. As for the RPG's , Final Fantasy VIII had a much better plot than Kotor, but Kotor was a more enjoyable game experience.

My top five games (and my first post on this forum, hello!) would be:
1. Star Control 2 - the original multi-ending, non-linear-plot, galactic RPG... way ahead of its time in 1993, and it had brilliant graphics that were only superceded by Doom a few months later
2. KOTOR
3. Civilization 1
4. Doom 1
5. Quake 1
For me, a game has to hook me the first five minutes or I throw it out... much like a book. If I'm going to spend that much time on something, I better damn well enjoy it... KOTOR is the first new game in a very long time to hook me from the very beginning and carry me through to the end like that.

I've never played it either. I'm quite glad.
I did play inthe open beta of Lineage 2 though. I saw just how addicting they could be. o-o
And those Korean players. GEEEZ they're machines I tell ya. Some of those guys were grinding multiple days straight in beta.

KOTOR is definatly one of the best games I played, and it could very well be the best. Others include ST Armada (1 and 2), only average by itself, but lots of ships for download (including a SW vs ST total conversion, my personal favorite). I'm still looking for some KOTOR ships for this one. Port Royale is also quite a good game (especially PR2). Lets not to forget the Cossacks series, although old I still play them frequently. Civilization: Call to power 1 is nice, but I'm not really into turn-based. I would like it much more if it was done a bit like Rome:Total War (turns on the campaign map, but the battles are fought in real-time).
