spoiler:From what I remember, there's a room on the ship with some missles in it. There's a computer in there too and you have to fiddle with it, then go back to the missles and get something out of them. It'll trigger onto it. Then there are rooms: two on the left and two on the right of the ship, at each end. It might show up on your map. Anyway, at the sides of the ship, just open all the doors there. You should explore the whole place anyway. (You might even have them on your map. I know that I only found one, but at least two others were shown on the map). The room should look out onto space because the walls of the ship there are all destroyed. The mandalorian guy in red (can't remember his name) will talk to you and you'll set them automatically.
