BF Tool Problems

I tried using the BF tools but the pandemic design program nevers starts right it always comes up with a do not send????

Dell Dimension 2400 : Windows XP SP2
HP Pavilion 8755C : Ubuntu Linux 5.10
Apple iBook G4 : Mac OS 10.4.5
Please tell me how to fix the 'Segmentation Fault' problem on my linux server!

Can you be more specific about the error? Any numbers?

It only shows numbers if I go into the logs
