ok, I'm confused about something in Jump to Lightspeed...
there are 2 new player species...te Ithorian and Sullustan. ok, will someone that does not have Jump to Lightspeed be able to chill with an Ithorian or Sullustan PC?

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I'll give it a go:
Players who don't have JTL can see anything that has been added in the expansion (except space, and if they had added it in this expansion, new planet(s) ). Some things they can interact with, other things they would have to get the expansion to interact with it (but they still see it, it just doesn't work for them, whatever it is).
say someone has JTL, and decide to play as an Ithorian. Now someone who does not have JTL, will they be able to communicate with the Ithorian player?

Yea, I havent played SWG or JTL for that matter for a week. JTL has eaten my RAM like crazy. But to anwser, yea ive seen em even when I didnt install JTL for a couple of days .
