so far, i have yet to see a star wars game come close to how good the kotor series is. i'm not saying the others are crap, because there are a couple of brightspots. but on a whole, the kotor series is much better than everything else.

i will admit that games like republic commando and empire at war look very promising, but they haven't been released yet.

I can't vote. It would be for either th JK series (Dark Forces too), or other. Other being the "Super" series on the SNES.

Jedi Knight. Best game ever in my opinion.

Kotor in close second.

Rogue Squadron series. I love flying around as the Millennium Falcon.

Then the KoTOR series comes second.

Tie Fighter.

Is that technically part of the X-Wing series?

I'm assuming so, considering the X-Wing Trilogy is X-Wing, TIE-Fighter, and X-Wing Alliance (but not X-Wing vs. TIE-Fighter, go figure).

I'd have to say the Knights of the Old Republic series, it is the only game that kept me playing for 20 hours in a row without getting bored. Nothing has come close.

Super Empire Strikes Back is and forever will be, the best Star Wars game ever.

The replay ability on that game is never ending. Same with all the "Super" series.

I remember the first Super Star Wars game. Remember the part where you're on the swoop and you run over the jawas and they scream "hades!"? What was up with that? O_o

I hated the NES Star Wars game. It was just too freaking hard. Plus the crappy keyboard versions of the star wars songs were annoying.

Shadows of the Empire was a good game. How many times, in how many ways did I and my brother attempt the _Wompa__Stompa cheat?

Good times.

I remember the first computer game we ever bought was Tie-Fighter. It was so awesome. It had so much dialouge which was unheard of back then. I would play the training level alot because i've always sucked at video games, but I did play the main game, which was amasing. My brother played it far too much. The cut-scenes and storyline were great, the levels were complex. They captured the vastness of space perfectly, you could fly in one direction for hours. The ships were all cool. Plus you play as the bad guys, how cool is that? It was just a great game, and it ended up getting #11 on IGN's top 100 list of games. Go figure.

I also think TIE Fighter was one of my first games. I also had the Rebel Assault games, which also kicked ass.

They should remake some of these classic games (like shadows of the empire) with modern graphics and gameplay.

Yea they should, but I think everyone is going to be focusing on getting games out for the upcoming systems instead of trying to 'revive' classic games.

Fixed a few things in your post, hope you don't mind.

Meh, Bounty Hunter wasn't really that great. Of course, anything is better than Clone Wars, that just plain sucked.

And, that' not a sucky death, that's an awesome death.

Btw, midnight isn't that late at all. :P

Well I haven't played the X-Wing series, so I have no right to comment on that, but Jedi Knight and KotOR were great! It's a tie, actually between the two.

Maybe it's because of Holowan, but the KotOR series gets my vote.

I also loved Shadows of the Empire. That was a great game in its day.

I would have said KOTOR, but I love slashing people too much in Jedi Knight over multiplayer. If multiplayer didn't exist in Jedi Knight it would be KOTOR.

I'm surprised more people haven't mentioned the rouge squadron series they were great, ok so parts of rebel strike were a bit iffy but rouge leader that was amazing.

It is unlikly that we are going to get anymore votes which will change the outcome of these results (unless it is used as the site poll *Hint**Hint*). so the Knights of the Old Republic series is proberly going to be the winner.
